Built around real clinical workflow
Schedule. Discuss. Decide.
BioMedMeet replaces the spreadsheet-plus-email-plus-Teams-link routine with a single, structured workspace that follows the way clinicians actually run case meetings.
1. Schedule
A four-step wizard captures the meeting, participants, patients, and agenda in under two minutes. A Microsoft Teams meeting is generated automatically and a calendar invite (.ics) goes to every participant, rendered in their own time-zone.
2. Discuss
Each agenda item is anchored to a patient with their MRN, diagnosis, and clinical question. Radiology, pathology and lab files attach directly to the case — no chasing email threads or shared drives during the call.
3. Decide
Decisions and treatment plans are logged against the patient and the meeting in real time, with a seven-day post-meeting edit window for the responsible clinician. Every action is captured for the medical record and audit trail.

"BioMedMeet replaced four spreadsheets, two WhatsApp groups and an inbox folder. Our Friday tumour board now starts on time and finishes with the next steps already written down."

"Auto-generated Teams links and time-zone-correct invitations sound small. They're not. We onboarded a colleague in Frankfurt and there was zero confusion about the meeting time."

Common questions
Frequently asked.
Does BioMedMeet replace Microsoft Teams? +
No — BioMedMeet sits on top of Microsoft Teams. We generate the Teams meeting and the calendar invite for you, so the clinical workflow lives in one place while the call itself runs on the platform your hospital already trusts.
Is it HIPAA-compliant? +
The architecture is HIPAA-ready: TLS 1.3 in transit, role-based access controls, audit trail on every clinical action. A Business Associate Agreement is available on request once your hospital becomes a paying customer.
Can we self-host? +
Yes. BioMedMeet ships as a Docker Compose stack and runs on your own servers — your data stays inside your network perimeter. We also offer a managed cloud deployment for hospitals that prefer it.
How long does deployment take? +
Self-hosted: roughly thirty minutes for a clinician with command-line familiarity. Managed cloud: same-day onboarding, including SMTP and Microsoft Entra setup.
Does it work on mobile? +
Yes. The web application is fully responsive — clinicians regularly review agenda items and accept invites from a phone. Native iOS and Android apps are on our roadmap.
Our hospital uses Google Workspace, not Microsoft. Does this still work? +
All BioMedMeet invites carry a standards-compliant .ics attachment, which works natively in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and Outlook. Native Google Meet generation is on the roadmap.
Stop juggling spreadsheets, calendars, and DM threads.
